Return Window: We prioritize your satisfaction and provide a 30-day return or exchange window to give you the flexibility you need.
- Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 72 hours), exchanges will be processed and delivered according to standard shipping timelines.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Exclusions and Condition Criteria
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized jackets and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Condition Requirements:
- All jackets must be returned in unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and resellable condition along with the packing slip.
- Items showing wear, damage, or modifications will not be accepted.
In the case of receiving a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 business days to address the issue.
Return Shipping and Alteration Charges
We offer free returns for all jackets.
- For custom orders, if your jacket requires alterations due to original measurements provided by the customer, a minimal alteration fee may apply.
Black Friday Return Policies
During our Black Friday or Christmas Sale, we do not offer refunds. However, we extend a 60-day exchange and store credit policy for your convenience.
Exchanges:
- Standard Jackets: Exchange for a different size or product is permitted.
- Customized Jackets: Only alterations are allowed.

Custom Orders Return and Alteration Policy
We aim to deliver a perfect custom jacket on the first attempt. However, if adjustments are needed, we offer the first alteration free of charge.

- Design & Quality Review: Before shipping, we provide images of the finished product for your approval.
- Accurate Measurements: We request detailed body measurements during the order process and encourage customers to use our sizing guide for accuracy.
Refunds: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders, as each piece is uniquely crafted based on your preferences.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window:

- Orders already dispatched or under customs clearance cannot be canceled. Customers must accept the delivery and initiate a return.
