We are pleased to offer free shipping on all jacket orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required. For international orders, a shipping fee may apply based on the destination.

- Standard and Made-To-Measure Jackets require processing time as mentioned above.
Once dispatched, delivery within the USA typically takes 3–4 business days via express shipping.
Courier Service
We use premium express couriers such as DHL and FedEx for fast and secure shipping. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient delivery service.
- APO/PO Box: We do not ship to PO, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.
Customs Duty (International Orders)
We will reimburse any customs duties charged on international orders.
- The customer must first pay the duty and accept delivery.
- Send us the receipt, and we will refund the duty amount via PayPal within 5–7 business days.
Lost or Damaged Products
- Contact our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 business days of the tracking delivery date if your package is marked as delivered but not received.
- After verification, we will either replace the item or issue store credit. Lost orders are not eligible for refunds.
Delivery Issues & Responsibilities
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once the order ships. Monitor it regularly.
- Delivery Holds: If your parcel is held by the courier, please contact them directly.
- Failed Deliveries: Multiple failed attempts may result in parcel destruction. We are not responsible.
- Refused Deliveries: Refusing delivery may lead to the parcel being lost or destroyed. No return will be processed.
- Incorrect Addresses: Verify your shipping address before dispatch. We cannot change it afterward.
Other Policies
- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email after successful payment. If not, contact support.
- Combined Shipments: Multiple jacket orders to the same address may be combined, which may slightly delay delivery unless you request separate shipments.
- Complimentary Items: Orders of 10+ jackets do not include free items by default. Exceptions may apply at our discretion.
